Welcome to Vape Land. This page contains all our Terms and Conditions, Warranty Policy, Returns Policy, Service Disclaimer, Entry Rules, and Online Shopping Terms. These policies apply to all customers purchasing in-store or online and are designed to protect both you and the company.
1. Before You Buy – Important Customer Information
1.1 Product Inspection & Testing
- All products must be inspected and tested in-store before finalising a purchase.
- For online orders, we advise customers to confirm all product specifications and compatibility before placing an order.
- Once you leave the store or confirm your online order, it is assumed that you are satisfied with the product.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for user error, incorrect selection, or change of mind.
- Products are sold on a Voetstoots (as-is) basis unless explicitly sold with a written warranty.
- Compatibility issues (network, software, or device) are not refundable. Customers must verify compatibility before purchase.
2. Warranty Policy (If Applicable)
Our warranty terms are strict and case-specific, as detailed in the original VL Store Policies (See Below):
2.1 Warranty Eligibility
- Only items explicitly labelled as “Under Warranty” are eligible.
- Customers must present the original receipt and original packaging for any warranty claim.
- The product must be in excellent condition, without physical damage, liquid exposure, burnt components, or tampering.
2.2 Warranty Coverage
- No cash refunds are provided.
- Warranty covers repair or replacement only, subject to technical assessment.
- If replacement is offered, a 25% administration fee may apply.
- Store credit may be issued if repair or replacement is not possible.
- Warranty terms vary by brand and product type; staff will provide guidance.
2.3 Warranty Exclusions
- Misuse, tampering, third-party repairs, or poor maintenance void warranty.
- Software-related issues, data loss, or system updates are not covered.
- Consumable items (batteries, chargers, earphones) are excluded unless explicitly warranted.
3. Non-Warranty Items
- All products without an explicit warranty (e.g., second-hand items, clearance stock, accessories) are sold as final sale.
- Customers must test these products thoroughly before leaving the store.
- No exchanges, refunds, or post-sale support will be provided for non-warranty items.
- Reduced-price and “final sale” products are strictly excluded from returns or service.
4. General Terms of Sale
4.1 All Sales Are Final
- All transactions are final unless the item is proven defective and eligible under warranty.
- No price matching or returns for buyer’s remorse.
4.2 Replacements
- Replacements will be like-for-like and not guaranteed to be brand new.
- Replacement lead times may depend on supplier availability.
4.3 Repairs & Technical Assessments
- Customers must allow up to 14 working days for product assessments.
- The store reserves the right to request independent technical reports for high-value claims.
4.4 Manufacturer Liability
- We are a reseller and not the manufacturer of the products sold.
- Faults, defects, injuries, or damages related to product design must be addressed with the manufacturer directly.
5. Repairs & Service Disclaimer
By submitting your device for service, you acknowledge and accept the following:
- Our technicians take all necessary precautions, but we are not liable for any damage, malfunction, or data loss during service.
- Devices with pre-existing damage, water exposure, or modifications carry increased repair risk.
- Customers must back up all data before service.
- Repairs may void the manufacturer’s warranty.
- We do not test or restore water resistance (IP ratings) after repairs.
- We are not responsible for parts delays or third-party service timelines.
6. Entry Terms & Conditions (Physical Store Visits)
By entering our premises, you agree to:
- Entry is strictly at your own risk. We are not liable for loss, injury, or damage while on the premises.
- CCTV is in use. Footage may be used for security or legal purposes.
- Management may refuse entry or service without explanation.
- Shoplifting, vandalism, or aggression will result in removal, penalties, and possible legal action.
- Bag checks may be conducted when necessary.
- Minors must be supervised at all times.
7. Online Orders & Delivery
7.1 Orders
- Online orders are subject to the same testing and warranty policies as in-store purchases.
- Customers must double-check specifications, compatibility, and stock availability before confirming.
7.2 Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on courier and location.
- Risk passes to the customer upon successful delivery or collection.
- Customers must report any delivery issues within 24 hours of receiving goods.

We are fully compliant with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Personal information collected during purchases, repairs, or website use is handled responsibly.

No. Please test products thoroughly before purchasing.
Q2: Will I receive a refund if my item is faulty?
No cash refunds. Only repairs or replacements as per warranty policy.

No. Original receipt and packaging are mandatory.
Q4: Will you refund if I find the product cheaper elsewhere?
No, we do not price match after purchase.
Q5: Do you install software or set up devices?
Yes, but software issues or data loss are not covered under warranty.
